We retain contact information and appointment records for up to 3 years from your last appointment, to maintain grooming history for your pet. Website enquiry data is kept for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Access to client records is limited to the people working at the salon. We do not store payment card details.
